Alan worked for Ergon Energy where he had more than 38 years’ experience in the electrical industry including 18 years as a senior manager. He is now enjoying his retirement.
Alan has a trade background with an Associate Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and an MBA, he has a strong technical, management and stakeholder engagement background.
A current Board Member of the Tropical Brain and Mind Foundation, and Cowboys Leagues Club, a Board Member of TecNQ from 2014 to 2017 and a member of Lions.
Alan is passionate about and involved in the local community.
