How our brain changes with puberty

Researchers have discovered that puberty not only changes the body, but also the brain. This is because puberty involves changes in hormones that also attach to brain cells and change how the brain learns and grows. This article explains what puberty does to the brain, and why these brain changes are important for adulthood.The process of puberty is different for everyone. Different rates of growth will cause some children of the same age to be very different from each other. Research suggests that while the body is going through change, so is that brain.
