Wheel of Well-being 6-Week Challenge


Join our MHCT Community Champions by taking the 6-Week Wheel of Well-being (WoW) challenge.

This challenge has been created to encourage the Townsville community to put their total health first and incorporate an activity from a segment of the wheel each week.

If you're not familiar with the WoW, check out the free WoW online course here.

Next, the fun part. Record a short video (around 45 seconds) using your mobile phone or another recording device. We encourage all videos to be short, snappy, as well as creative. Please read our media guidelines if you wish to speak up about your own mental health journey.

You will need to: 

  1. Introduce yourself
  2. mention the segment of the WoW, and then briefly explain how you use that segment of the WoW to maintain/improve your mental health and well-being self-care. 
  3. mention us on the social platform you use (facebook: @MentallyHealthyCityTownsville, Instagram: @mhctsv), and tag #MHCTsv
