Self-care

It’s ok to feel down sometimes

The trick is being able to recognise when something isn’t quite right, and whether a bigger issue may be at play. Awareness of the mental health continuum is the first step in helping yourself and others

We have collected a heap of tools to help you through periods of stress, anxiety or sadness, and to recognise signs of mental ill-health in yourself or others. We strongly believe, and research supports this, that having the knowledge and tools to help you during the prevention and early intervention phases of the mental well-being continuum, can help improve your health before issues escalate. And we’re all about living a healthy, happy life.
