Wellness speaker and coach

Krissy Regan is an author, poet, international speaker and health and wellness coach. She is passionate about helping people feel their best at work and home. With a degree in Exercise Science and Sports Management, Krissy has developed and delivered training programs all over the world. She founded Mindful Mums Queensland in 2019 and offers empowerment and mindfulness programs for mums globally. She is also an Executive Board Member of Queensland Youth Services.
